Hi everyone, and welcome to our website! I’m Chef Fresh, and I love to cook. It can be a lot of work, but the end results are worth it. There’s something about being able to say that I created a dish that tastes so good that I like. I began cooking with my mother several years ago. We typically cooked together on Sundays, and called it “Kid’s Cooking Night.” She would let my sister and I pick a menu, and then the two of us would brainstorm how we would do it. We would make the grocery list, (after checking out what we already had in the pantry) and divide up the tasks. Whenever we would decide on a dish, my mother would say “So….how are we going to make this our own?” At first I didn’t really get what she meant, but then I figured it out. That’s why we always try to do something a little different, like experimenting with different spices.
While my sister is really into cooking meat dishes, I prefer seafood like scallops, lobster, shrimp, salmon, crab, and pretty much anything that lives in the ocean. I really hope you try our dishes, and maybe even start a “Kids Cooking Night” of your own. Trust me. It is REALLY FUN!!!!
